Breach of this policy can lead to instant account cancellation without any refund.

9. Intellectual Property & Copyright

As a service provider, Overvuehq IPTV does not host, store, or generate any content. We simply grant access to streams that are already available online. It is the User's responsibility to confirm they are adhering to copyright laws relevant to their jurisdiction.

10. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The Service is delivered 'as is' without warranties of any kind. We cannot assure continuous uptime or the availability of all channels at all times. In no situation will Overvuehq IPTV be liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages stemming from the use or failure to use the Service.

11. Termination

We maintain the authority to deactivate or pause your account at any moment, without prior warning, for actions that breach these Terms & Conditions or are detrimental to our Service or fellow users.
